Exchanges take place only within 48h of receiving the order.  Items must be not damaged, resalable and accompanied by their labels.. Weekends orders may take additional time to be delivered. Items could be exchanged on different color, size or a different item. Exchange fees $3; paid by the customer. Exchange is processed with within 7 working days. Exchange of defective items will not incur delivery fees. In case of receiving the wrong item, we will cover the delivery fees.
